As we reported earlier on that the police are making strides to arrest top musicians Taygrin and Danlu who sided with the DPP Government. As well as furthered the DPP agendas during the just ended campaign period. On allegations that they were being paid a whooping sum of 4 Million Kwacha a month each as salaries for singing for the party.

Hence Danlu has distanced himself from such allegations saying “They are politically motivated” I personally eat my sweat he responded to a follower on his page.

After posting a fancy pic and the follower had to comment saying “Ndalama za DPP” a statement which provoked a response from the singer.

In a telephone interview with 265 EnT Mag Dan has further distanced himself from the fiasco saying “its all politics”. Tonse alliance government is using all the tactics to eliminate it’s political adversaries. That’s the conclusions we could draw from his response.

Adding on the matter Taygrin said “I have nothing to do with Governments money I run my businesses and make my own money” that has nothing to do with me” he explained.
