Joins the Squad – Ulemu Msungama 

The Malawi Nation team has today left the Country for Burkina Faso. The Flames left the country through Chileka airport ahead of African Cup Qualifiers back to back encounter against Burkina Faso.

Following the proceedings is the sports minister ” Ulemu Msungama” who has joined the boys. Flames will face Burkina Faso’s the Stallions away in Auagadouguo on Thursday before hosting them at home on 16th.

The Flames Coach yesterday named a 23 man squad that involves both local and foreign based players. Mwase named 8 foreign based players and 15 locals.

 

This comes as flames attacker Gabadinho M’hango is still nursing injury hence ruled out of the squad. Moldova based defender Charles Petrol will join the squad in Ethiopia.

Three foreign based players John Banda and Schumacher Kuwali playing in Mozambique. USA based Yamikani Chester. Joined the Flames camp a week ago while four other South African based players will join the squad in Johannesburg.
